Fanza – Return & Refund Policy

At Fanza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review the terms below to check your eligibility for a return or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • The damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Photo/video proof of the damaged product and packaging must be provided

Unavailable / Out-of-Stock Items

If you have placed an order and the item becomes unavailable or out of stock, you will receive a full refund automatically. No action is required from your side.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or exchanged once placed, as processing begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Refunds

If you are returning a product for a refund:

  • Return shipping cost is your responsibility
  • This cost will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Support

Email us within 3 days of delivery at it.fanzafashion@gmail.com to report issues or request a return.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if damaged).

2. Initiate Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Ship the item back to us—return shipping is paid by the customer.

3. Wait for Refund

After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return / Refund

To maintain hygiene and product safety, the following items are not returnable:

  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Accessories or clothing that shows signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping
  • Sale / clearance items (optional)
